Job Description
Title: Professional Cleaner Technician
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary
Cleaning vacation properties and making them ready for the next incoming guest according to staging regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• You will be assigned a book of properties that you will manage on your own - this means you work without pressure and always know the work ahead.
• Arriving at work on time, in a clean uniform and ready to work with your supplies.
• Clean properties as trained.
• Follow procedures - Work smarter, not harder.
• Ability to move around well - reach, bend, stoop and kneel
• Always Be Nice. Communicate effectively with everyone, at all times (we’re pretty serious about this one.)
• Check yourself! Walk-through before leaving every property. Touch up as needed.
• Collaborate on issue resolution.
• Performing other duties when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
• Hard-working - High energy - Positive attitude - Ambitious - Reliable - Trustworthy - Leadership potential a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use your own car.
• Previous cleaning experience, hotel cleaning a plus.
• Be a nice person and a team player.
• Available to work some weekends; we work for the tourist industry.
Minimum Education and Qualifications
• High School, Operations Management, or related technical education
• Proven work experience in Operations supervision or with a recent hotel background experience
